Dr Elies Dekoninck will be the lead academic at Bath, providing day-to- day management of the project.
She is an academic specialising in ‘Information and Creativity’. She has experience of contributing and managing EU- projects: ‘SUPPORT- Sustainable Innovation Tools’ and has recently completed the lead role in Bath for the G.EN.ESI project Integrated software platform for Green ENgineering dESIgn and product sustainability (FP7-NMP, Project Reference: 280371).
She has been funded through many UK- EPSRC grants (for example EP/E00184X/1) and publishes widely on topics covering ‘design and creativity’. She maintains her industrial experience by working on collaborative new product development projects in industry (Knowledge Transfer Partnerships funded by UK’s Technology Strategy Board).
